Three Issues of the Centaur Found in William Lebeter’s Collection

Thanks to Andrew Lebeter, I have now received a box full of Mellish material collected by his father William ‘Bill’ who died in October 2023 aged 96. William Lebeter was at the school from 1938 until 1943. Later, he played Rugby for HM Old Boys and some material is from that periood. I will be scanning/photographing it over the next few weeks.

We start with three ‘missing’ issues of The Centaur from 1939 and 1940. You can find them (Issues 16, 17 and 19) on THE CENTAUR page or below.

I have thanked Andrew for the material and will provide him with links to it on this site when it has all be uploaded.
